With the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus now available to purchase, have you ever wondered just how they prepare for shipping millions of devices?

Buzzfeed News has been able to get access to the Apple War Room where the Apple Store app and Apple website are monitored ready to take orders at 12:01 on launch day.

Unfortunately they were not allowed to record whilst inside the War room, however, in the video below we can see some other aspects of the procedure. These include Apple store visits around the US to get the store teams ‘hyped’ for the launch, as well as a visit to the UPS distribution center that helps to ship the huge amount of devices around the country and globe.
